We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. if my Life is like an island
where does this ocean go to?
A problem I'm encountering is that since the paint is sorta layered on, it tends to crack and might chip. I'll buy a white pair next time, so I wont have to do layers of gesso (gesso, not gouache, i made a typo repeatedly).

I know a deviant named ... *bri-chan, I think, decorates some canvas vans with copic or prismacolor markers. It doesn't chip, but I don't think anybody's found how to seal the marker. Not to mention it would get dirty easily, and would it be safe to wash those markers? I don't think so. u__u

As for the waterproofability of these shoes, I suppose it's alright to get them a little wet if it's wiped off? Mine didn't run, but I wouldn't leave them to dry on their own.
Painted shoes also wouldn't breathe very well.
